Fire Fighter I & II class starts Tuesday at 1800.

Deepwater Fire would like to thank Golden Living Centers for a $500 grant award. There support is greatly appreciated and will aid our effort in updating communications. Please visit their site, www.goldenlivingcenters.com.

Deepwater Fire was recently awarded an Interoperability Communications grant award from SEMA's Missouri State Homeland Security Grant Program.

The award of $15,500 will be used to fund several mobile and portable radios, allowing the department to phase in a narrowband system.

This will bring the department into compliance with the Missouri State Interoperability Communications Plan, www.sema.dps.mo.gov.

Deepwater Fire has received notification from FM Global that we were awarded through their Fire Prevention Grant Program.

The $2500 grant award will be used to enact district-wide Pre-Planning.

Phase 1 will focus on area businesses and industry, followed by Phase 2 and residential pre-planning.
